QISS Middle School and Upper School PE is a rigorous and enjoyable curriculum based on National Physical Education and the State of California standards. The program encourages students to become physical literate in many areas. My goal is improve each student's fitness level while fostering a love for physical activity leading to a lifelong healthy lifestyle.
QISS offers several opportunities for our student athletes to display the school's ESLRs outside of the classroom. The school offers 4 varsity ACAMIS sports and 2 middle school sports teams. QISS offers Boys and Girls Varsity Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer and Track & Field. The school also has Boys and Girls middle school Basketball and Soccer. Students also can showcase their talents in the After School Activities Program, local QISN tournaments/leagues as well as the QISS Skill Development Sports Camps.
